I started out posting one song this morning, and then I decided to change, and put in these three songs.....

Well the big day has finally arrived, and I am excited to see this part of history as it comes down to the wire.
I have been for Obama from the start but, I would have also been happy if Hillary was the one I was voting for to be President.
I plan to stay up tonight until the winner is announced. And If it is Obama I may stay up all night!

Our Indian summer is about to end....

This is a birdhouse that we made out of an old boot....The birds seem to like it, and it so easy to do.

I love this tree. I brought it up here from Kentucky. Its a Dogwood, and the birdhouse is one that I made out of a gourd.






The tree thats bare in this picture is a Walnut....They are the first trees to loose their leaves in the Fall.

Friday evening we started to go out the back door to take a walk to the garden just before dark, and there just a few feet from the back door was this beautiful Skunk.
Well knowing the last thing you want to do is scare a skunk we quickly got back into the garage, and I got my camera and took a few pictures of her....I am calling it a her but it could have been a he.
It was getting kinda dark for pictures without flash, and I took them through the window, so these are not very good but good enough to see how pretty she was.
We tried to make her go away, so it would be safe to let the dog out without getting sprayed but our yelling had no affect.....she would just look up at for a second, and then go right back to digging up the yard looking for Grubs.




Happy Monday, and just think only one more day and this election will be over!

THE SCARECROWS, TAKE ME BACK TO A MADE FOR TV MOVIE...." THE DARK NIGHT OF THE SCARECROW ".
IT WAS A SAD, AND SCARY MOVIE. I THINK ITS THE ONLY SCARY MOVIE THAT EVER MADE ME CRY BECAUSE I FELT SO SORRY FOR THE POOR MAN THAT WOULD HIDE IN THE SCARECROW OUT IN THE FIELD....UNTIL ONE DAY HIS HIDING PLACE GETS DISCOVERED.
ANYONE ELSE REMEMBER THE SHOW I AM TALKING ABOUT?
