My Mothers Day Song, For all the Mothers in the World
My Mother passed away 5 years ago,and I still miss her as much as ever! You just don't know how much your Mother means to you until you no longer have her.....My Mother was one of a kind. She raised 8 children, and her life was hard because we were poor. But she always made sure we had good food, and she hand made alot of our clothes. She did without,to give us things we needed, and never complained.
Glen Campbell ------THE HAND THAT ROCKS THE CRADLE-------------
Don't forget to check out the songs I posted for Saturday night blog crawl below this post! I think everyone has missed them because I forgot to add that this is not the only song I posted!
Since the first Saturday in May is always a special day in Kentucky, because its the day that the best race Horses in the world get together, and run for the roses....No other race is more important, for the 3 year old's,for it is the first leg in the Triple Crown! We have not had a triple crown winner since Affirmed in 1978.
I am paying tribute to last years winner of the Derby; As we all know Barbaro lost his fight and had to be put down after months of much surgery,it was decided he was in to much pain to go on and it was a sad day for all of us that love horses.
(((((((((BARBARO)))))))))
So this song if for him! Rest In Peace Barbarbo
