This is Lucky,Now about 4 months old.
When I found Lucky he was only about 8 weeks old.
It was early morning, and I stepped outside to checkout the weather when I seen him.Was not quite sure what he was at first but when I got close I could see it was a puppy.
He was scared to death,and freezing from being out in the cold damp night air.
I scooped him up and got him in the garage to warm him up.Thats when my Daughter N Law seen him and said it looked just like the one she had seen the night before on the highway.They had to slow down to keep from running over them.There was a big dog with him then.
So now we feel that was his Mother and someone dropped them off there.
Dogs sometimes will stay close to where they were dumped waiting for there Master to come back.
So we are thinking Mother dog either got hit by a car or Coyotes got her,and the puppy just started roaming,not knowing what to do.
I feel he had some Angles looking after him,showing him the way to a safe place.
My kids fell in love with him,And decided to give him a home.
His condition was poor then,but as you can see he is looking very good now.
So what else could they name him.
It just had to be Lucky!
